SUPPORTING FAMILIES, STRENGTHENING RELATIONSHIPS

The provision of informal care by family caregivers, who are managing other family and work commitments, can be very demanding and present practical challenges that are complex and difficult to coordinate.

Join us for the 4th instalment of our Wellness series with Senior Nurse Educator, Edmund Chong as he highlights some of the key challenges and impact on caregivers’ health and well-being, and the available community resources to better support your caregiving journey.

Edmund is a Senior Nurse Educator registered with the Singapore Nursing Board since 2000. He graduated from Nanyang Polytechnic with a Diploma in Nursing and obtained his Master of Science (Clinical Leadership) from Curtin University, Australia. He has worked in various settings, from acute care to community care and tertiary education institutions. At Allium Care Suites, Edmund leads clinical nursing training and improvement of our care staff’s competency to deliver safe, high-quality and reliable care for our residents.
