Cardiovascular disease remains a major health concern — but much of it is preventable through lifestyle changes, risk management, and early intervention. A holistic approach that combines medical care and TCM’s balance-focused therapies supports heart health.
For our 45th Wellness Series, Dr Chih Chiang Nieh and Physician Nick Tan present modern interventions and Traditional Chinese Medicine therapies. Discover the complementarity of evidence-based care and traditional healing in strengthening cardiovascular health.
